⊹ We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts forever:

⊹ Please do not wear the ring at the time of workout to avoid accidental damage, while using hairspray and perfume.
⊹ Keep your ring away from chemicals.
⊹ Do not get your ring in contact with nail polish remover.
⊹ You can use nail polish remover to clean the stone but avoid making contact with metal.
⊹ Use a soft brush to clean the stones, gently rinsing with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirty clumps.

There are two different flow of selling product.

⊹ When purchasing products in the store. You receive a product from the following channel.

⊹ Manufacturer → Wholesaler → Distributor → Store → Customer

In this flow, all parties involved in this process include their own benefit in the price of the product, so when you receive the product. It's becomes expensive.

⊹ When buying from the online store. you receive a product from the following channel

⊹ Manufacturer → Customer

In the above flow, you can see that the product is supplied to you directly by the manufacturer, so there are no other parties involved in this process.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns: will only be accepted if there are any manufacturing defects in the product, The reason for return may be due to a defect, or wrong size (personal issue may not be applicable for return, exchange and refund)

Exchange: We offer exchange options for rings if the customer wants to change the size or design. The exchange may be done within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds: If a customer returns a ring and meets the shop's return policy, then refund the customer's purchase amount minus any applicable return shipment and making charges for the ring.
